This freestanding, solid oak desk is really rather special. It has a contemporary overall design but still feels quite traditional due to the use of solid Oak. It is generously proportioned, providing ample working space, and features a pair of (soft close?) drawers either side, along with cabling solutions for clean, clutter-free working.

What IS Bullet Oak...?
'Bullet Oak' is a dramatic but apt name for a very special kind of timber.
Over the centuries bullets from numerous battles have hit countless numbers of trees. The lead from those bullets hides within for many years causing distinctive grey mineral streaks throughout the tree as it grows larger. Rather than discard any oak bearing the signs of conflicts past, we instead celebrate its provenance by incorporating it into our furniture.
All Bullet Oak furniture is a distinctive and unusual piece of history.
