Delivery:
Online orders are available for collection from our Guernsey warehouse. If you would like to collect your order, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can have it ready for you.
We typically only deliver within Guernsey and the Channel Islands. Local deliveries may incur an additional delivery charge depending on the size, value, and nature of the order.
If you are located outside the Channel Islands, please contact us before placing your order. While we do not routinely offer delivery beyond the Channel Islands, we are always happy to discuss your requirements and will do our best to assist where possible. Any deliveries arranged outside the Channel Islands may be subject to additional shipping costs, import duties, local taxes, and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Paypal adhere to the most stringent levels of security, ensuring that your details remain safe throughout the transaction process.
Customs:
Bonsai Home are not liable for any customs charges made in the recipients countries. The customer is completely responsible for these charges.
Returns & Exchanges for online purchases
At Bonsai Home, we hope that you enjoy your purchase from us. We do appreciate that from time to time that you may want to return an item to us with this in mind we try and make it quick and easy for you to return a product.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days from the date you receive your goods. You must notify us by email within this period if you wish to return your order.. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Please ensure that you send back the items via recorded mail so that you have record of delivery, any import or customs charges will be incurred by yourselves.
